The Verdiso wine I.G.T. (Geographical Typical Indication)
The Verdiso is a secular vine, original of the Upper March of Treviso.
Dry, with flavour of unripe apple and bitter taste. It has a medium alcoholic note, and it is perfect with hors-d’oeuvres, fish, rice with spring herbs.

The association
The constitution of the Association “Friends of Verdiso – It is Verdiso” in Combai goes back to 1991. Not only producers, but also consumers are active part of this association, to valorise and promote this wine.
The association has produced a book about the Verdiso wine:
